Do you charge for estimates?
Repairs start with a $59 service call that’s credited toward the work. Estimates for bigger projects like repipes and water treatment are always free.
How fast can you get here?
Most calls are booked the same day or next day. For emergencies we answer 24/7 and usually have a plumber on the way within an hour.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Copperline is a licensed, bonded and insured plumbing contractor, and every job is led by a licensed plumber.
What warranty do you offer?
All labor is covered for 2 years and repipes for 10. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and we handle those claims for you.
Can I pay monthly for bigger jobs?
Yes. Water heaters, repipes and softeners can be split into monthly payments, with 0% options for qualified buyers.
Do I need to be home?
Someone 18 or older needs to let us in and approve the price. After that, plenty of customers head out and we text photos when it’s done.
