Ask us anythingSquarespace or WordPress, which do I need?
If you want something beautiful you can confidently update yourself, Squarespace is usually the answer. If you need memberships, complex ecommerce, custom functionality or serious scale, WordPress. We will tell you honestly on the first call, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
How long does a website take?
It depends on the build itself, but usually two weeks or less. You get a real timeline before committing, and we hold to it.
Do I have to write the copy?
No. You can, and some clients enjoy it. Most would rather not, so copy support is part of most projects. We interview you, then write it in your voice.
What happens after launch?
A written handover guide and the aftercare included in your package, so questions and fixes are covered while you settle in. After that a care plan keeps everything updated, backed up and secure, or you take the keys entirely. Both are fine.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Constantly. Almost everything happens over email and video, so time zones are a scheduling detail rather than an obstacle.
