Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1 pm Arizona time on a weekday ship the same day from our studio in Tucson. Everything else ships the next business day, and you’ll get a tracking link by email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $8 anywhere in the US, and free on orders over $75. Every order comes with two samples.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us within two hours of ordering and we’ll do our best. After that, your order may already be packed.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Love it or send it back within 30 days, even if it’s opened. We refund you to your original payment method once it arrives.
How do I start a return?
Email us your order number and we’ll send a prepaid return label.
Products & skin
Is Arroyo good for sensitive skin?
Our face care is fragrance-free and made without common irritants. If your skin is very reactive, patch test on your inner arm first.
Is everything vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. Every product is vegan, and we never test on animals at any stage.
How long do products last once opened?
Most last 12 months after opening. Look for the small open-jar symbol on each label.
Can I use Arroyo while pregnant?
Please check with your doctor first. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
Refills & recycling
How do refills work?
The Mesquite Barrier Cream comes in a stoneware jar you keep. Refill pods pop into the jar, and the used pod goes in your compost.
What can I do with empty bottles?
Email us for a prepaid label, send back five empties and we’ll clean and reuse them, then send you a $10 credit.
