Prep & aftercare
Get the most from it
Before your visit
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes (no mascara).
- Skip lash curlers and oily cleansers on the day.
- Wear something comfy: you’ll be lying down for up to 2½ hours.
- Wear glasses instead of contacts, or bring your case.
After your visit
- Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours.
- Wash them every day with a lash-safe foam cleanser.
- Brush gently each morning with a clean spoolie.
- Skip oil-based products and mascara on your extensions.
- Book a fill every 2 – 3 weeks to keep them full.

Not when they’re applied well. We isolate every lash, match the weight to your natural lashes and never glue lashes together, so your natural lash cycle stays healthy.
How long do lash extensions last?
They shed with your natural lashes over three to four weeks. Most clients book a fill every two to three weeks to keep them full.
Can I wear mascara with extensions?
You won’t need it. If you really want to, use a water-based formula on the tips only and remove it gently.
What if I’m sensitive to lash glue?
Ask for a free patch test 48 hours before your first set. We also keep a sensitive-eye adhesive on hand.
