Policies & aftercare

A few simple rules keep our schedule on time and our studio safe for everyone. Thank you for reading them before you book.

Your first visit

  1. Book online

    Choose your service and time, and pay your $30 deposit.

  2. Fill in your form

    We text you a short intake form to finish before you arrive.

  3. Arrive fresh

    Come makeup-free on the area we’re treating. Parking is free out front.

  4. Relax

    Blanket, playlist, eyes closed. Your artist takes it from there.

Booking & deposits

A $30 deposit is taken when you book and comes off your total on the day. Deposits can’t be refunded, but they move with you once if you reschedule at least 48 hours ahead.

Cancellations & no-shows

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Inside 48 hours the deposit is kept, and missed appointments are charged 50% of the service.

Running late

We hold your spot for 15 minutes. After that we’ll do what fits in the time left or rebook you, so the next client isn’t kept waiting.

Lash fills

A fill needs at least 40% of your extensions still on. Please arrive with clean lashes. Fills on another artist’s work are booked as a new set.

Health, allergies & patch tests

New to extensions or sensitive? Ask for a free patch test 48 hours before. Tell us about pregnancy, recent procedures, retinoids or Accutane, since some treatments need to wait.

Guests & age

To keep the studio calm, please come alone. Clients must be 16 or older, with a parent’s consent under 18.

Payment & tips

We take all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Tips are always appreciated and never expected.

Our happiness promise

Services can’t be refunded, but we want you to love your results. Tell us within 72 hours and we’ll fix anything for free.

Prep & aftercare

Before and after every service

Lash extensions

Before

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes (no mascara).
  • Skip lash curlers and oily cleansers on the day.
  • Wear something comfy: you’ll be lying down for up to 2½ hours.
  • Wear glasses instead of contacts, or bring your case.

After

  • Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours.
  • Wash them every day with a lash-safe foam cleanser.
  • Brush gently each morning with a clean spoolie.
  • Skip oil-based products and mascara on your extensions.
  • Book a fill every 2 – 3 weeks to keep them full.

Brows

Before

  • Skip retinoids and exfoliating acids on your brows for five days.
  • Don’t tweeze for two to three weeks, so we have more to work with.
  • Come without brow makeup on the day.

After

  • Keep brows dry and makeup-free for 24 hours after lamination.
  • Skip saunas, steam rooms and swimming for 48 hours.
  • Brush your brows up each morning.
  • Use a nourishing brow oil at night to keep hairs healthy.

Facials & skin

Before

  • Stop retinoids three to five days before peels and dermaplaning.
  • No waxing or laser on your face for a week before.
  • Come as you are: we’ll take your makeup off.

After

  • Wear SPF 30 or higher every day, especially after a peel.
  • Skip exfoliants, retinoids and hot yoga for 48 hours.
  • Keep skin hydrated and let any flaking come off on its own.

Waxing

Before

  • Let hair grow to about ¼ inch (two to three weeks after shaving).
  • Exfoliate gently the day before.
  • Skip retinoids on the area for five days.

After

  • Avoid hot baths, saunas and workouts for 24 hours.
  • Wear loose clothing over freshly waxed areas.
  • Exfoliate two or three times a week after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.
