Shipping, returns & policies

Shipping

We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses from our studio in Tucson, Arizona.

Standard shipping is a flat $8, and free on orders over $75. Orders placed by 1 pm Arizona time on a weekday ship the same day; others ship the next business day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Returns & refunds

If you don’t love something, return it within 30 days of delivery, even if it’s opened.

Email us your order number for a prepaid return label. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving.

Sets can be returned whole or in part. Final-sale items can’t be returned.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fill your order and answer your messages: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number.

We never sell your information. If you join our letters, we email about twice a month, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Terms

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

We do our best to show every product accurately, but colors and textures can look slightly different on screens.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Stop using any product that irritates your skin.
